1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Sychedelic Founder's Edition is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage

Warranty Claims

If you believe your device has a manufacturing defect, please contact experience@sychedelic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
