Thank you for choosing Sychedelic.
The Sychedelic Founder's Edition is currently available as a preorder. Estimated shipping for Founder Edition orders begins in December 2026. While we aim to meet this timeline, production and logistics schedules may change. If there are any significant updates, we will keep you informed via email.
Order Processing
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most major international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and select countries in Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at experience@sychedelic.com.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address before your order is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at experience@sychedelic.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Delays
As this is an innovative hardware product, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occasionally occur. If your shipping timeline changes significantly, we will proactively notify you and provide updated estimates.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@sychedelic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
