At Sychedelic, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return your Sychedelic headphones within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • In good condition with normal wear only.
  • Accompanied by all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.
  • Free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team (experience@sychedelic.com) with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned under our 30-day return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if the product has been intentionally damaged, modified, or is missing significant components or accessories that were included with the original shipment.
